Career
This year, at the six-day enduro tournament in Spain, he was the most successful member of the Hungarian team despite his young age. The Hungarian Motorsport Association voted him the 2016 Sportsman of the Year.
After a shoulder injury, he got back on his bike in 2018, competing for the German team in the Junior and Open categories of the Superenduro World Championship. He reached the finals several times with his team, but in 2019 he started a solo career. The 2020 season was the peak of his Superenduro career so far, when he won a European Cup race in Budapest and was consistently in the top 5 for the season.
In 2021 he finished 2nd in the EnduroGP World Cup and 5th in the Junior category of the Superenduro World Championship. The most successful Hungarian representative in the sport at the moment, he is a member of the Hungarian Motorsport Academy programme. From 2022 he will compete in the Hard Enduro World Championship and in the top category of the Superenduro World Championship, Prestige.
His goals include becoming a successful Super Enduro racer, a regular competitor in the Hard Enduro World Championship, competing in the USA, AMA Endurocross events and the legendary Dakar Rally.

Bike
Norbert Zsigovits will be riding a 350cc, four-stroke KTM EXC. The bike is brand new and close to the production version, but has been modified with minor modifications, including a special chassis tuned to the rider’s style. He has previously used a lighter, more controllable two-stroke KTM EXC 300 for the Superenduro GP races, but will be racing a four-stroke bike in the Superenduro races from the 2023/2024 season.

The three-time world champion from Britain won all three races in the Prestige category at the Superenduro GP of Hungary in front of 13,000 ecstatic spectators. Apart from him, the two Hungarian racers, Márk Szőke and Roland Liszka, received the biggest applause.
